Thought of the Day

"A man who won't die for something is not fit to live." - Martin Luther King

What is something you would die for? Is there anything that we have in our lives even worth dying for? If not, where can you find such a thing? Or is death really not worth anything in life? Can there truly be something so absolute that you would die for it? Suppose you believe in honesty, is it better to just die and end your life rather than lying once? Couldn't you do more good by still being there instead of not being there?

I would think that if your death is going to cause great controversy or an impact of some sort in society which should be beneficial for your goal or cause, I think it's worth dying for. I think if by dying you change several lives than thats good, but I also think that if you can do the same by living, which is possible , that is even better.

i agree with what ronak said. If by dying something good is gonna come out of it, like for the better of society, then thats great. But how many of us actually have somehting in our lives that we would die for????
