Global warming is becoming a world crisis quickly as I am sure many of you are aware of. There is currently a huge global conference taking place in Bali. All of these countries are there to try to discuss what we can do. One big hold up (no surprise) --- AMERICA! America will not agree to increase and toughen their standard. And as a result China, India and other developing nations say that if US won't do it, why should they?
